If, after this time, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within our 30-day money-back guarantee. To begin this process, please contact us at info@sableandlinne.com.au.
Order Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this window has passed, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and invite you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full value.
If you are still unhappy after this period, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care when packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage, such as dented boxes, is not considered product damage if the item itself is in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@sableandlinne.com.au and including clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver all orders as promptly as possible, Sable and Linne is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
