Shipping Information

At Sable and Linne, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery timeframes refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Minimum of 3 weeks

Please note that during peak seasons, public holidays, or global shipping disruptions, delivery times and tracking updates may be delayed. International orders may also experience customs delays, which can extend the delivery timeframe beyond the estimates above.


Order Changes & Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at info@sableandlinne.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes after this period.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • Courier or transportation disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs processing delays

  • Address verification or payment issues

If we become aware of any issue that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates where available.

Please note that Sable and Linne cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we are always happy to assist where we can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@sableandlinne.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to lodge a claim, as they may require additional information. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf where possible.

Please note that Sable and Linne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement. In some cases, filing a police report may be required.
